What We Stand For
We hunt down and share bottles you won't find on a shelf — allocated releases, single barrel picks, and the occasional dusty gem. Every gathering is a chance to taste something special.

Every pour serves a purpose. We host tastings and barrel-pick fundraisers that put real dollars behind causes we believe in across Dallas.
Membership
Membership is intentionally small and invite-driven. Here's what it means to be part of the Society.

We work directly with distilleries to select single barrels for the Society — full proof, unfiltered, and available to members first.
